Jeannette Bajalia

Jeannette Bajalia

Lead Advisor, Author, Speaker, and Founder of Women’s Worth®

Jeannette Bajalia has one mission: to provide visionary leadership both for clients and a new generation of advisors. She honed her leadership skills during a long and storied career in corporate positions within the life and health insurance industries, where she was viewed as the “go-to problem solver” who could be relied upon to get the job done. After retiring from the corporate world, Jeannette joined Petros Planning in 2007 and purchased the company in 2009. That same year, she also founded Woman’s Worth®, where she specializes in the unique needs of women as they plan for retirement.

The personal experience shaped not only Jeannette’s career path but also her passion for helping others plan their financial futures. When her father unexpectedly died when Jeannette was 26, he left behind no financial resources and no plan to care for Jeannette’s mother. Jeannette became the physical and financial caretaker for her mother and great-aunt for the next 31 years.

During her search for a financial advisor to help her with her own retirement planning, Jeannette discovered that there was a need in the financial services industry for advisors who would focus on the person, not the profits. She followed God’s leading to begin a second career, dedicating her practice to transforming how individuals and families are served in the financial services industry.

Jeannette’s builds client relationships on honest conversations and open communication. She encourages clients to express their financial fears, issues, and concerns so she can identify customized solutions to address and overcome those fears. As a speaker, educator, and coach, Jeannette also mentors other advisors, showing them how to create people-first practices.
